Redundancy Support

ERKO Coaching can provide one or more psychologists on the premises where staff redundancies are being announced. Staff who require this service on the day can simply go to see our counsellor and talk to them as necessary. Our psychologist will assess their current emotional state and make further recommendations which could include a short period of counselling to help them through their change of circumstance.

We can also provide workshops on a range of topics associated with outplacement, such as change management, stress management, job search skills and interview skills at any point during your restructure process.
