The Belbin Team Roles is one of the best known and widely used instruments of its kind.

Belbin Team Roles are used to identify behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. Whether developing people, resolving conflict or fine-tuning high performance, Belbin Team Roles provide the language to ensure that individuals and teams communicate and work together with greater understanding.

Reports are available for Individuals and for Teams. Both Individual and Team reports incorporate feedback from up to 6 colleagues. Individual Reports can be used as a base for coaching programmes. Team Reports lend themselves to team building or team coaching.
