Belbin Team Roles are used to identify behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. Reports are available for Individuals and for Teams. Both Individual and Team reports incorporate feedback from up to 6 colleagues. Individual Reports can be used as a base for coaching programmes. Team Reports lend themselves to team building or team coaching.
