Recruitment
We provide consultancy on the most suitable online assessment tools for your recruitment campaigns and are as involved as you need us to be in this process. We offer the following services:
- Selection of online assessment tools to suit your campaign
- Management of whole or part of assessment process as required – e.g. email test links to candidates, monitor progress of campaign, collate results and advise as to best candidates, feeback to candidates, hiring manager and HR.

Business Coaching
We work with mainly senior employees in organisations. Our clients include University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust, JP Morgan, Dorset Police & Crime Commission, NSW Justice Health and the owners of several SMEs.
Our philosophy is that coaching should be a challenging experience for an executive in order to stretch and improve their performance. We do not tell our executives what to do, we help them to reflect on the best courses of action and overcome obstacles to success. We strive to help them be the best they can be by identifying their blindspots, increasing their presence as an authentic leader and developing their strengths. Generally, our individual coaching programmes will run monthly for 6-12 months.

Outplacement
Providing an employee an outplacement service with their redundancy package not only enhances their chances of success in the job market but it also sweetens the pill of losing their job. A good outplacement coach will quickly refocus an employee from the past to the future and empower and motivate them towards their next role. In practical terms we help them create an outstanding CV, teach them job search and interview skills and negotiate the best deal in their new role.
